The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
2.5 KYC Verification. aguilabet is required to verify the identity of all registered players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the Platform.

3.4 Personal Use Only. Your aguilabet account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any account credits to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. aguilabet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). aguilabet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on aguilabet is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the aguilabet account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. aguilabet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Processing Times. aguilabet endeavors to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. aguilabet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on aguilabet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). aguilabet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. aguilabet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your aguilabet account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions. 5.5 Modification of Promotions. aguilabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as soon as reasonably practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aguilabet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

9.3 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aguilabet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aguilabet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered on the aguilabet Platform. aguilabet is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.

In such cases, aguilabet reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account.
11.3 Closure by Player. You may close your aguilabet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable verification requirements and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your aguilabet account for any reason, your license to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13.2 Jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aguilabet Platform.
13.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact aguilabet's support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. aguilabet will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
13.4 Regulatory Complaints. If you are unable to resolve a dispute with aguilabet directly, you may have the right to refer your complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. aguilabet cooperates fully with all regulatory investigations and inquiries.
